Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we stop performing the service and, on request, revoke our access and delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
